Aim and Scope

Aim and Scope

ARLJ aims to provide a platform for legal researchers to publish and exchange articles on all aspects of law, with a particular focus on contemporary legal developments. The journal is interested in legal research that focuses on topics such as the Sustainable Development Goals and artificial intelligence, One of the journal's most prominent sections is "Cases and Commentary," where leading researchers analyze recent judicial rulings, new legislation, and current legal reform proposals. This section is a key component of the journal's work and aims to disseminate legal culture at various local and international levels.

ARLJ seeks to deepen the role of legal research in academic and scientific inquiry. It specializes in publishing research and articles in all areas of law (public law, private law, and human rights law), as well as commenting on laws and judicial rulings. Researchers analyze judicial decisions and new legislation.
