Abstract

      Legal expansion and fragmentation over the past twenty years has posed a serious threat to the security and reliability of international law. In addition, there are multiple manifestations of violations of international legal security, including problems resulting from improper legislative drafting, violations of the principle of equality between states as a result of excessive use of the veto, etc. While, despite the increasing risks, the issue has so far received little systematic analysis. Moreover, there is no comprehensive legal reading of the issue from its various angles within the framework of the provisions of international law until this moment. Therefore, we are trying through this study to explore the scope of the mutual relationship. Systematically demonstrates the challenges facing international law and the legal security of states.
