Abstract

     The issue of protecting and improving the environment is one of the most important issues that concern human life because of its connection to the public order and its impact on the public health element of individuals, which requires the administration to take the necessary measures to protect the environment and preserve cultural and historical activities due to their connection to the subject of the environment. Therefore, the legislation related to protecting and improving the environment has moved towards allowing administrative bodies to take the necessary measures to protect environmental elements from the phenomenon of environmental pollution in addition to enabling administrative bodies to impose the necessary penalties in the event of a breach of the environmental system as a result of human activities, with the imposition of compensation for environmental damage.
