The rules and regulations of jurisprudence and its references in the personal status law

The present research tackles the juristic rules and principles concerning their details and explains their counterparts of personal status texts act for their importance to researchers and to illustrate the concerning authenticity as one of the rightful Islamic sciences which should be revived.
